The prices quoted are per pitch for two people and per night. Not included in the price is the  local tax, which is to pay per person and night (from 14 years of age) and will be charged on departure.

Discounts for children

The children’s prices quoted are per person per night.

• Children from 0 to 1.99 years stay with us free of charge.
• Children from 2 to 5.99 years: € 5.00 in the high and low season
• Children from 6 to 9.99 years: € 8.00 in the high season; € 7.00 in the low season
• Children from 10 to 15.99 years: € 12.00 in the high season; € 10.00 in the low season

Deposit

The reservation of your pitch is valid after receipt of your deposit (bank transfer at the sender’s expense). This will be charged with the final invoice.

Payment modalities

Your final bill can be paid in cash or by credit/debit card. We prefer a payment by debit card.

Cancellation policy

Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure. We are entitled to charge for the nights booked.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 11:00 – 12:00 and from 14:30 – 18:00 on the day of arrival. Your reservation is valid until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone within 18:00 to let us know.
• Check-out: within 11:00 am on the day of departure. If the pitch is not vacated within the specified time, an additional night will be charged.

Barrier opening hours

• The barrier to the campsite is open for entry and exit from 8:30 – 12:00 and from 14:30 – 21:00. Outside these times you can use your magnetic card to open the barrier.

Reception opening hours

• Our reception is open daily from 8:30 – 12:00 and from 14:30 – 18:00.

Laundry opening hours

• You are welcome to use our laundry from 8:30 – 21:00.

Quiet times

• Please respect your neighbors and adhere to the specified quiet times: from 12:00 – 14:30 and from 22:00 – 7:00 o’clock.

Choice of pitch

• The pitches are allocated by us. We are happy to try to accommodate your wishes and concerns. We ask for your understanding if this is not always possible.

Pets

• Your pet is also very welcome at our campsite (please register at reception). We charge € 3.50 per pet per night.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the site. We ask you to always accompany your dog inside and outside and to dispose of dog waste in the bins provided. Access to the sanitary building is not permitted for dogs.
• Owners are liable for damage to property and persons.

Smoking areas

• Smoking is prohibited at the reception and in the sanitary building. We also ask you to be careful when smoking in the forest to avoid fires.
