Your journey to South Tyrol …

Take the A22 Brenner highway to the Bressanone-Val Pusteria exit. From there follow the Val Pusteria state road SS49 for approx. 38 km to the Rasun-Anterselva exit, where you turn left onto the Valle di Anterselva road SP44. After 0,5 km, take the second exit at the traffic circle and after 200 m turn left into the “Gepaiden” road. After 500 m you have reached your destination.

Coming from Venice, take the A27 highway and the SS51 Alemagna to Cortina d’Ampezzo and continue to Dobbiaco. At the traffic circle next to the ENI petrol station, take the third exit and follow the Val Pusteria state road SS49 for approx. 16 km to the Rasun-Anterselva exit, where you turn right onto the Valle di Anterselva road SP44. After 0.5 km, take the second exit at the traffic circle and after 200 m turn left into the road “Gepaiden”. After 500 m you have reached your destination

Coming from East Tyrol to Lienz and via the B100 Drautalstraße to San Candido, from where you follow the Val Pusteria state road SS49 for approx. 20 km to the Rasun-Anterselva exit. There you turn right onto the Valle di Anterselva road SP44. After 0.5 km, take the second exit at the traffic circle and after 200 m turn left into the road “Gepaiden”. After 500 m you have reached your destination

Coming via the Defreggental and the Staller Sattel, it is important to observe the traffic regulations of the Alpen-Pass. The Staller Sattel is only open to traffic in the summer months* and there are corresponding traffic light regulations for the crossings:

  •  The crossing from Defereggen Valley into Valle di Anterselva is possible from minute 1 to minute 15 of every hour.
  • The crossing from Valle di Anterselva to Defreggen Valley is possible from minute 31 to minute 45 of every hour.

Once you have passed the Staller Sattel, you can take the pass road down to Lake Anterselva. From there, follow the Valle di Anterselva road SP 44 for around 17.5 km out of the valley to Rasun di Sotto. There, just before the “Niederrasen” town sign, turn right onto the “Gepaiden” road. After 500 m you have reached your destination.

* Please inform yourself before your journey via the Staller Sattel, even in the summer months, about road closures that sometimes have to be imposed due to landslides or similar.
